Executive Assistant - Johns Hopkins Medical Management Corporation

Screens and handles routine matters for Office of Vice President; performs administrative duties such as drafting, editing, and typing complex reports, developing, implementing and maintaining appropriate office protocol and organization, as well as competently executing or delegating the day-to-day administrative tasks.

Requires two years  college level coursework, technical business school or equivalent. 

Three to five years of related experience.

Requires thorough knowledge of secretarial, office and administrative procedures.

Knowledge of standard PC word processing, spreadsheet and graphics applications.

Knowledge of standard office equipment

Requires extensive knowledge of business and/or medical terminology
