Executive Assistant, Asia Global Selling - Amazon

Description The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Asia Global Selling team in Seattle, Washington. Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Our team drives business development in China and Asia, along with collaborating with many of Amazon's global teams. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. . Key job responsibilities - Arrange travel itinerary and hotel bookings as required. - Manage and process all mail and email correspondence as required - Interact with Amazon counterparts on a global basis to arrange meetings, conference calls, diary schedules etc. - Assist with the follow up actions from meeting outcomes - Prepare and issue minutes of meetings - Assist with the preparation of key information indicator statistics and develop plan and presentations etc. - Assist with managing and maintaining an effective computer based filing system and where appropriate manual filing system - Be responsible for the overall direction and coordination of the team's administration - Work closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives - Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Amazon's policies and procedures Basic Qualifications - 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications - Experience leading process improvements - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company - Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
