Prospect14 focuses on the scaled origination and development of renewable energy and energy storage projects in multiple markets in the United States. Since its inception, Prospect14 has originated approximately 5GWdc of solar and solar + storage projects.
Prospect14 is developing utility-scale and community solar energy projects across North America. We enable landowners, power purchasers, and later-stage project developers to participate in the rapid growth of the solar energy market.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain a high level of discretion while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and assistance to Managing Partner of Prospect14, including scheduling; drafting emails, letters, memos;
- Additional support of the Prospect14 partners including meeting management and travel.
- Plan, schedule, and manage company events and meetings including quarterly board meetings for Prospect14, as well as onsite and offsite staff meetings;
- On an ongoing basis, take responsibility for office management including maintenance, cleaning, office supplies, supply contracts, and repairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy or solar power industry is a plus.
