Position Summary:
As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Your role will involve a variety of tasks, requiring accuracy and independent judgment. You'll manage information, draft correspondences and presentations, coordinate meetings, and assist with administrative tasks for the CEO and Executive Team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and contribute to the organization's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive assistance and information management support to the CEO.
Manage the CEO's calendar, travel, and expenses.
Assist the Executive Team with scheduling, expense reports, and travel arrangements.
Prepare for meetings, events, and site visits with internal and external stakeholders.
Support board meeting logistics and documentation.
Coordinate staff meetings and assist with meeting materials.
Attend and take minutes at executive and leadership team meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of administrative or project management experience, or equivalent experience.
Previous experience in nonprofit or youth-serving organizations preferred.
Strong initiative and personal accountability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
