YOUR IMPACT
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. You are the main point of contact for two executive leaders whom you support, so we rely on you to ensure the lines of communication remain open between their offices, senior management, and internal teams. This role is based at the Global Support Center in Addison, TX. Our headquarters will be relocating to Dallas, TX at the end of 2024.

You possess expert-level writing, editing, grammatical, and research skills. You are also a whiz with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
SMART: You are known for your emotional/social intelligence, extremely high level of professionalism, and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. You are tremendously resourceful, have strong decision-making skills, can prioritize conflicting needs, and confidently manage projects from conception to completion. You are an inspired team player, and you also work well independently. Either way, you consistently demonstrate the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.

YOUR IMPACT
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in providing high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Manage an active calendar of appointments while ensuring leadership members’ schedules are followed and respected. Keeping leaders well-informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities will be a key priority.
- Compose correspondence, prepare presentations/reports, and handle information requests (often confidential in nature).
- Arrange complex national and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; collect documents for travel-related meetings; coordinate on/off-site meetings/conferences.
- Provide an environment where seamless communications between leadership members’ offices and internal teams is expected and carried out.
- Demonstrate leadership and diplomacy to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management and internal teams.
- Provide support with scheduling and handling logistics of Board meetings, ensuring meetings go off without a hitch.
- Provide support with preparing and circulating materials for review before Board meetings; take notes and distribute following Board meetings and respond to inquiries from Board members.
- Complete expense reports, and process travel reimbursement requests.
- Prioritize multiple needs efficiently and follow projects through from start to finish with a keen sense of urgency.
- Other duties as assigned.
