Provides direct support to management. Scheduling appointments and maintains calendar.
Handles travel arrangements.
Compose variety of correspondence and materials.
Prepares reports and presentation material.
Proofreading and additional admin duties.
Screening phone calls and visitors.
1-2 years experience.
Main duties include:
calendaring, keeping track of schedules, correspondence, receptionist duties, event coordination/support
Provide high level administrative support in a fast paced and ever-changing environment;
Managing complex calendars and scheduling, coordinating meeting preparations and travel arrangements, supporting creation of PowerPoint presentations, editing and write correspondence, answering and place phone calls; experience managing multiple individuals/programs. Experience as the first person of contact in an office; preferred experience working in an academic environment providing coordinated support for programs.

I need support in the office while we fill one assistant position and another assistant who is going out on medical leave. This temp is to supplement. |
