As the backbone of our operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative processes and fostering positive relationships within our organization.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, from crafting presentations and reports to managing calendars and emails.
Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Cultivate strong relationships with the CPO's reports and key stakeholders.
Act as a courteous and efficient liaison between the CPO and various stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documents and communications.
Maintain organized online records and folders for easy access to information.
Assist with printing, copying, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Coordinate meetings, prepare the CPO for presentations, and ensure that team meetings occur regularly.
Secure venues for meetings and events.
Attend meetings as needed to record, transcribe, and summarize discussions.
Assist with budget monitoring, tracking expenditures, and managing invoices.
Provide coverage for other administrative roles when necessary.
Identify opportunities for improving administrative procedures.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in executive support roles.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
