Executive Assistant - $70K-$75K - Washington, DC at Beacon Hill

Our client, a law firm based in Washington, DC, is looking for a sharp Executive Assistant to support the leadership team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage heavy scheduling and ever-changing calendars.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
• Set-up meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and correspond directly with clients and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft and proofread documents; conduct research and prepare materials.
• Provide support to the executive leadership with ad hoc projects as requested.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of high-level administrative/executive support is required; an interest in policy is a plus!
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for scheduling, Word for document creation, and PowerPoint for presentation preparation.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate openly, as this role will support multiple executives.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation/Benefits:

• $70K-$75K (DOE) plus an annual bonus structure!
• 5x/week on-site in Washington, DC.
