About the Job
A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Executive Assistant.
Position type: Full-time Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Woodcliff Lake, NJ
As an Executive Assistant, you will:Calendar Management.
Review and process expense reports.
Work with other Executive Assistants at large group meetings/ logistics for internal meetings for Aftersales & Motorrad.
Perform executive administrative assistant duties.
Handles a wide variety of situations involving the administrative function of the Business.
Maintains high level contact on behalf of the Executives within and outside the organization.
Exercises initiative and leadership over routine administrative detail.
Performs administrative duties inclusive of scheduling meetings, travel booking, expense reports, and documentation management.
The ideal candidate will have:Associates’ minimum.
Microsoft suite – Outlook, Team, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Experience with Concur.
Excellent communication skills, Attention to Detail, etc.
Excellent organizational skills.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35- $39/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
