PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $35- $39/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Calendar Management.
- Review and process expense reports.
- Work with other Executive Assistants at large group meetings/ logistics for internal meetings for Aftersales & Motorrad.
- Perform executive administrative assistant duties.
- Handles a wide variety of situations involving the administrative function of the Business.
- Maintains high level contact on behalf of the Executives within and outside the organization.
- Exercises initiative and leadership over routine administrative detail.
- Performs administrative duties inclusive of scheduling meetings, travel booking, expense reports, and documentation management.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associates’ minimum.
- Microsoft suite – Outlook, Team, Word, Excel, Power Point.
- Experience with Concur.
- Excellent communication skills, Attention to Detail, etc.
- Excellent organizational skills.
