Title:Executive Assistant 4
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extensions)
Location: San Francisco,CA (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to two senior business leaders. Your role will integrate into a broader ecosystem of Executive Assistants and Business Operations partners working together to manage the matrix of stakeholders our business leader engage with.
What you'll Do
Maintain a complex calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
Arrange domestic and international travel
Coordinate special projects and events: Offsites, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the VP
Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up for vacation/illness
Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed
Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
Clear and concise communication
Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
Can juggle multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and other office productivity tools (Slack, email, calendaring).
Positive, proactive, and can-do attitude in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Education:
High School Graduate
