Executive Assistant - $100K-$110K - Washington, DC - Beacon Hill

Our client, a leading international consulting firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their growing Washington, DC team!

Responsibilities:

• Support multiple executives with daily administrative and project tasks.
• Manage complex calendar arrangements and meeting invitations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and review documents, correspondence, meeting materials and presentations.
• Coordinate meeting and team event logistics and agendas.
• Book domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
• Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of executive support to multiple executives required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) skills.
• High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative and resourceful problem-solver.
• Strong organizational skills.

Additional Information:

• $100K-$110K (DOE) + annual performance bonus.
• On-site 5x/week in the DC office.
• Daily work hours are 8:30AM-5:00PM.
