You will contribute to the success of the Executive team by providing complex administrative support, project coordination and event organization for the Executive Vice President (EVP) and, as needed, the Executive Management team, to enable them to effectively execute their responsibilities for UNFCU. Responsible for upholding the Credit Union’s commitment to provide exceptional member service and ensures representation of the Credit Union in a positive and professional manner at all times.
This position is expected to be hybrid.
NYC Salary Range - $85,000-$95,000 annually; compensation is commensurate to geographic location.

- Execute a broad range of support duties for the EVP, including:
- proactively managing Outlook calendars and schedules recurring and ad hoc meetings;
- preparing complex expense reports;
- preparing and designing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphs and charts;
- arranging complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries and agendas and preparing documentation for travel-related meetings.
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously and proactively; follow-through on projects to successful completion often with deadline pressures.
- Coordinate scheduling and arranging of international meetings, teleconferences, and videoconferences. As required, prepare and distribute meeting materials, coordinate technical and catering arrangements, attend meetings, and record and prepare minutes. Provide post-meeting follow-up as needed.
- Provide administrative support for the Retail Services Leadership meetings and various boards and committees as assigned.
- Provide back-up assistance to other Executive Administrators on the team, as needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with SAP Concur or other expense reporting platform
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Demonstrates attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments without compromising quality or productivity
- Well organized with strong time management, project management and follow-up skills
