Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our Novi, MI site and senior leadership team. This hybrid role combines technical expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with solid organizational skills and professionalism. The position involves managing schedules, preparing high-quality documents and presentations, tracking purchase orders and expenses, and maintaining a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to senior leaders and site operations.
* Document Preparation: Create and edit correspondence, reports, and professional-grade presentations.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
* Expense & PO Management: Process and track expense reports and purchase orders with accuracy.
* Communication: Interact professionally with employees, vendors, and customers, maintaining confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years of administrative support experience, preferably supporting senior leadership.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with database or presentation software is a plus.
* Organization: Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail.
* Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptability: Comfortable in a hybrid work environment with flexibility to manage on-site and remote tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Education: Associate"s or Bachelor"s degree in Business Administration or related field.
* Technical Skills: Familiarity with financial systems for expense and purchase order management.
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a similar industry.
