- Location: Newport Beach, CA
- Pay: $35/hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
? Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to our Purchasing Manager and Engineering Team.
- Coordinate and manage purchasing requests with precision and timeliness.
- Communicate directly with vendors to ensure seamless processes and strong partnerships.
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and projects using Microsoft Suite and Dropbox.
? What We’re Looking For:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Dropbox.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate and adapt to new systems.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Outstanding organizational skills to juggle tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
