Clearance Required: Favorably adjudicated NACLC
Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8:00am and 5:00pm

GC Associates requires a detail-oriented Executive Administrative Specialist to provide high-level, comprehensive support to Disability Evaluation System (DES) Program Management. Must have strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Documentation Management: Create and maintain various high-level administrative documents, to include performance work statement tasks, policy documents, and/or standard operating procedures.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with various functional area teams and subject matter experts and serve as a liaison between Program Management and functional area teams. Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for documentation improvement and implement best practices.
- Program Assistance: Support Program Management efforts, including tracking deadlines and coordinating deliverables with functional area teams.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas and PowerPoint briefs, and conducting a high-level review of transcription meetings.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
- 5+ years of experience of documentation creation and review, preferably in a government or military setting
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of DoD policies, procedures, and regulations related to administrative functions
- Ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain professionalism under pressure
