Your Role:
As an Executive Administrative Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting our Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) in driving transformative initiatives throughout the organization. You'll have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and programs, becoming an expert in our policies and processes and sharing insights at the executive level.
What You'll Do:
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with our CAO to align strategic initiatives and advance key efforts.
Support essential meetings and initiatives, providing insights and aiding in decision-making.
Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct research to inform organizational policy and drive initiatives.
Facilitate communication among internal stakeholders and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships across the agency and lead collaborative projects to ensure cross-functional alignment.
What You'll Bring:
A bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
Three years of experience in project coordination, research, or related areas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make informed decisions.
