Executive Administrative Assistant
$75,000 - 85,000 + Bonus DOE

Immediate Need - Fulltime/Permanent position!
Growing technology company is currently seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to support the CEO and Executive team of this dynamic company. In this role you will be responsible for all administrative duties including but not limited to:
- Heavy calendar management
- Travel plans, itineraries and expense reporting
- Extensive meeting scheduling, coordination, preparation, logistics, agendas, and reporting
- Business development including preparing presentations, pitch decks and proposals for customers and investors
- Project coordination including PowerPoint presentations, managing budgets and timelines, meeting scheduling and preparation of all materials needed
- Continual communication with team members and building strong business relations with executive team, and all internal and external stakeholders
Qualified candidates will have:
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint and QuickBooks highly desired.
- 5 + years progressive administrative experience and experience supporting executive management team members
- Excellent experience with travel plans, meeting scheduling and preparation, calendar management and project coordination
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Proactive and motivated personality
- Exemplary organization, coordination, time management and communication (written and verbal) skills - Strong attention to details
- BS degree a plus but not required
- Must be willing to take a computer proficiency and basic aptitude test, and provide business references
Salary
75,000 - 85,000 /year
