Executive/Administrative Assistant to the CEO

Full-time - In Office Located in American Fork, Utah.

DentalQore is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and personable Executive/Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and help maintain our fantastic company culture!

The Role:

As an Executive/Administrative Assistant, you will be the right hand to our CEO, ensuring their schedule runs smoothly and their time is used effectively. With your exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities, you'll be the backbone of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare meeting agendas and compile necessary materials
• Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and reports
• Coordinate and attend executive meetings, taking detailed minutes
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members or external stakeholders
• Assist with event planning and special projects as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional atmosphere in the office

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive/Administrative Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or C-suite executive
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and various project management tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• A proactive attitude, ready to tackle challenges head-on
• Must be willing to travel occasionally and be at least 26 years old to meet rental car age requirements.
