Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings, appointments, conferences and travel
• Reconcile travel and entertainment expense reports
• Prepare presentations and take meeting minutes
• Handle meeting rooms, supplies and catering
• Ship out requested sales material

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives
• Experience with International organizations preferred
• Event management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in Google Suite and  Concur
