Executive Administrative Assistant - LOCATION. Commercial Real Estate

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant with commercial real estate experience to join our growing team.

The Role:

• This person provides administrative support “with a twist” to our executive and sales staff.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• We find that candidates with paralegal experience usually fit this role well.
• The “typical” administrative tasks including but not limited to:

Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other documentsAnswer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner.Assist with special projects as needed.

• The not so “typical” administrative tasks:

AerialsMapsMarketing material updatesA variety of other visual materials.Requirements:

• Is proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe
• Is able to work in a small office environment with a heavy workload
• At least two years of commercial real estate experience required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Pay based upon experience and qualifications.
