4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Prioritize time and manage complex calendars for high-level managers.
- Make administrative decisions on behalf of the managers and handle their requests.
- Proactively manage logistics for business group meetings and events.
- Draft communications with diplomacy and professionalism on behalf of high-level managers.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business group's strategy and act as an information resource.
- Anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks, making timely decisions across the business group.
- Resolve customer requests and host business guests.
5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of overall experience in executive support.
- Strong writing skills, including the ability to draft emails for senior-level managers.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working at Microsoft.
