Whats the Job?
- Assist with day-to-day clerical duties.
- Prepare invoices, monitor past-due invoices, and work with third-party vendor payees for remittance.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Assist in preparing real estate request for proposals research.
- Assist in coordinating fundraising events and meetings.
- Drafting professional letters/emails to members
Whats Needed?
- Minimum of three years experience as an executive assistant or office manager
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be professional, detailed oriented, and meticulous
