Executive Administrative Assistant - DRF Trusted Property Solutions

Executive Administrative Assistant needed for a growing, fast paced company in Plainfield, IL. Position reports directly to the Owner/CEO and will support the CEO and CFO. The Executive Administrative Assistant should be an experienced executive assistant who can manage a strong-willed, visionary CEO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar, and composing and preparing correspondence that is confidential.
• Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time.
• Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
• Work closely with the CEO and CFO to follow-up on requested projects. Will attend on-site meetings when requested in order to track details and insure appropriate follow-up.
• Ability to handle large amounts of detail in an organized and accurate manner.
• Assist with Special Project tasks as time permits.

Executive Assistant Requirements:

• Must work and enter data at a fast pace with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Strong follow through and time management skills.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office essential.
• Must be highly flexible and able to deal well with changing processes and responsibilities.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
• Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
• Associates degree or Executive Assistant Certification preferred.
