Executive Administrative Assistant - Oxford Solutions, Inc

Currently hiring an Executive Administrative Assistant for our manufacturing client. Must be able to work onsite (Fox Chapel area)

This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while supporting high-level executives.

Responsibilities 

• Manage and maintain executive schedules, including calendars and appointments.
• Prepare, edit, and finalize presentations and other documents.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
• Prepare and process expense reports for executives.
• Undertake special projects independently and as part of a team.
• Create correspondence, reports, charts, and other documents.

Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive support role.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
