In this role, you'll work closely with our President and Chief Clinical Officer, helping to keep everything running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Craft and prepare important documents and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Act as the first point of contact, screening calls and correspondence with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist with the setup and management of licenses and applications for our expanding clinic locations.
Keep track of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with third parties, ensuring compliance and organization.
Take charge of office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for action.
Coordinate meetings like a pro, handling scheduling, reminders, and even catering arrangements when needed.
Take control of the executive's calendar, making appointments and prioritizing tasks with finesse.
Foster positive communication with clients and other departments, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Keep documents and files organized like a well-oiled machine.
Be the go-to person for running errands, keeping things moving forward smoothly.
Minimum Requirements:
Bring 3-5+ years of administrative experience to the table, or demonstrate equivalent professional prowess.
Excel wizards preferred! Proficiency in Excel is a big plus.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems will give you a head start.
Flex those analytical and problem-solving muscles.
Strong work ethic, stellar communication skills, and a knack for building great relationships.
Ability to connect with diverse groups of individuals, including clients and colleagues.
A passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Preferred Requirements:
Experience as an Executive Assistant to multiple Executives would be a huge bonus.
