AFCU is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Team. Alternatives is a Community Development Financial Institute (CDFI) credit union serving Tompkins and surrounding counties and is proud to find solutions for those left behind by the mainstream financial institutions. CDFIs share a common goal of expanding economic opportunity in low-income communities by providing access to fair financial products and services for local residents and businesses.
The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the CEO primarily. They will provide additional support to Executive Team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently. This position will be responsible for arranging travel, preparing reports, drafting professional communication, and other clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have the equivalent of a two-year college degree, or the completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school. Four years or more of executive administrative experience required.
