TheExecutive Administrative AssistantPurpose will be to:
To providehighlevel administrativesupport forexecutives. Make travel arrangements,coordinatemeetings,managecalendar events,develop,andorganize meeting materials,presentations,and reports.
AsuccessfulExecutiveAdministrative Assistantwillprovide thefollowingkeyaccountabilities:
Workflow
Organize and prioritize flow of work and initiate follow-up actions. Read correspondence anddetermineactionrequired.
Administrative Support
Manage calendar forhigh levelexecutives. Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.Reconcileexpense reports. Coordinate meetingsandconferences. Assistin preparationsand provide administrative supportforseniormanagement meetings.
Communication
Communicateprofessionally, developing good rapport withinternal and external individualsfrom around the world. Handle business interactions with respect and appreciation for different cultures. Manageconfidentialinformation.
Office Management
Greet internal and external customersin person or by phoneas a liaison to the Executive.
Other
Provideassistanceor assume direct responsibility forprojects and/or tasksas assigned.Assigned projectsmay includepreparation ofbudgets or forecasts,detailed presentations prepared usingExcel,PowerPointor other applications, research and presentation of findings,and othertasksrequiredto best support the efficiency of the Company.
The Administrative Assistant IV Must Meet the Following Minimum Qualifications:
AAS Degree Preferred
5-7years' experience, Minimum
Previousadministrative support, clerical, and customer service experience preferred.
Other Desired Skills and Attributes:
Mustdemonstrateexcellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to interact professionally with a wide variety of audiences.
Highly effectivetime managementand organizational skills.
Office Managementand budgetingexperience.
Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPointrequired, Access and Visio desired)
