About the Job
- Assemble customer analysis via Salesforce CRM and other business intelligence tools.
- Monitor team sales progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Implement initiatives and promotions via sales material distribution, reporting development and tracking.
- Coordinate and maintain inventory of all materials for promotions.
- Research and track top commercial projects through the construction lead platform.
- Research and create target lists of new businesses for the GSMs and Sales Reps.
- Manage budgets for sales, expenses, marketing, events, and travel as well as developing event calendars.
- Assists with onboarding new employees though creating the onboarding schedule, procuring equipment, requesting their access, and sending samples to their home or store location.
- Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team.
- Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about sales data.
- Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical knowledge to address business challenges.
- Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
