About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tendit Group, you will support the COO in daily administrative tasks, project management, communication, and coordination. You will also be a critical liaison between the COO and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
WhatYou Will Do:
Administrative Support:
- Manage the COO"s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls, providing timely responses or redirecting them as necessary.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Assist in travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional and courteous communication on behalf of the COO.
- Facilitate communication between the COO and various departments, ensuring alignment and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate with other executive assistants and team members to streamline processes and enhance department efficiency.
Project Management:
- Support the COO in managing various projects, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information to support decision-making processes and project execution.
- Assist in monitoring project budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation, identifying areas for optimization or improvement.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding internal discussions, strategic plans, and proprietary information.
What You Will Need:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.

Compensation for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
