Position Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Executive Administrative Assistant to join our commercial real estate team and support our brokerage services.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business and real estate operations, excel in customer service, and demonstrate proficiency in digital marketing and organizational strategies. While prior real estate experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory for this role. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site duties and includes travel within the metro Atlanta area.
Schedule:
- Job Type: Part-time (10-15 hours/week)
- Remote: 2 days per week
- On-Site: 1 day per week
- Travel: 25% within Georgia
Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate operations and client objectives to provide specialized support.
- Identify and capitalize on real estate growth opportunities; assist with property portfolio planning, budgeting, and strategic development.
- Handle client and property inquiries professionally, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage targeted marketing materials, conduct email campaigns, and employ digital strategies to enhance property visibility.
- Stay updated on market trends, utilize AI and automation to enhance financial and operational efficiency.
- Manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and ensure successful execution of property projects.
- Implement robust business processes to ensure continuity in client services and property management.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and make independent decisions when necessary.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in commercial real estate or executive support roles.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in high-pressure situations, and proficiency in MS Office and Google SEO tools.
- Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support, exceptional attention to detail, and superior organizational abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of administrative experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus five years in an administrative role.
- Experience supporting CEO-level executives or professionals in commercial real estate is highly valued.
