Executive Administrative Assistant - Sigmatech, Inc.

We are currently seeking an energetic individual as an Executive Administrative Assistant that is well organized, has strong communications skills (written and oral), and is willing to work on a military installation as a full-time employee in support of our Space Systems Command customer. A successful candidate will perform technical, specialized, complex and difficult office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgement. This position requires a candidate that is collaborative and present in their daily routine.

The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

• Performing a wide variety of administrative services including, but not limited to: calendar management, answering phones, coordinating and maintaining documentation involving travel, meetings and conferences
• Assisting in the management of directorate workflows: assign, close, update, and track taskers received via TMT, email, or discussion.
• Providing staffing support required for daily management of FIELDCOM S-staff
• Developing a variety of reports, monthly progress/status reports, memorandum creation
• Working within DTS
• Demonstrating the ability to type highly specialized technical reports rapidly and accurately.
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint etc.) to complete tasks
• Performing other general administrative responsibilities

• Active Dept. of Defense Top Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI
• Bachelor's degree (6 years' work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree)
• Minimum 3 years' Administrative experience; relevant military service can be substituted/utilized as related experience
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve challenges at a strategic level
• Ability to brief/interact with senior (GO/FLAG) level officer and senior civilians
• Experience with DTS (Defense Travel System)
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint etc.) and ability to manage/deconflict/control multiple calendars simultaneously

Highly desired experience:

• Previous Executive-level Administrative experience
• MAJCOM/FIELDCOM staff experience
• TMT Workflow Management Experience
