Executive Administrative Assistant - PEAR Core Solutions, Inc.

Cotronics is a leading manufacturing and distribution company of high temperature adhesives, based in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of Cotronics, responsibilities include expertise in administrative support, communication, coordination and management of information.

Administrative support includes;

* Calendar management,

* Maintain and update meeting agendas,

* Screen and prioritize incoming emails/calls/correspondence,

* Preparation and editing of documents and presentations,

* Follow up on action items resulting from meetings.

Communication and coordination support includes;

* Acting as a liaison between the President and internal team members,

* Coordination of special projects,

* Preparation of correspondence,

* Proactively staying ahead of due dates and deadlines.

Management of information support includes;

* Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion,

* Organizing and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files,

* Conducting research and compiling data to assist the President with projects that require detailed analysis.

The ideal candidate qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, preferred

Proven experience as an executive assistant

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Detail oriented and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Experience working in a manufacturing company a major plus!
