Marcum Search is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant in Bridgehampton, Long Island, NY. Exciting opportunity to support the owner of a highly reputable design and retail firm. Seeking a strong, high energy multi-tasker with excellent administrative skills.
Summary
The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in managing the directives of the owner relating to retail operations. This individual will work in close partnership with ownership and liaise with all company departments to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. The position offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to a growing business with a reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management, schedule appt’s, assist with trips re: buying….very involved role.
- Coordinate with various departments on buying programs, trips, and related activities.
- Manage the owner's schedule and handle correspondence on their behalf.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the owner effectively.
- Engage in special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Solid skills in MS Word and Excel - experience with financial statements would be a plus
- Strong time management and administrative skills.
- High proficiency in computer applications.
Salary: $90K to $120k + bonus - based upon experience
