Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant Investment Banking
Location: Manhattan, Ny (10179) - Onsite
Pay Rate: $40/hr on W2
Duration: 2-month contract with Possible extension
Hours are 8am to 5pm, with the flexibility to work additional hours to meet deadlines/needs.
Description:
The role requires an ownership approach to all tasks, initiative and confidence to complete assignments with limited supervision, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail and high-quality work output. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and phone etiquette.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support without prompting and advise in advance of issues or delays.
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority while using caution in dispensing information.
- Manage the logistics of internal and external meetings/events.
- Process expense reports and invoices. Ensure company policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines. Act as a subject matter expert for policies and procedures.
- Arrange extensive travel, both domestic and international
- Assist with staff on-boarding, which includes requesting and monitoring equipment set-up and system access.
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Work cooperatively with the administrative assistant's team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly.
