This part-time position will work closely with the Adults Ministry Executive Pastor and the Adult Ministry team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where people can explore their faith, engage in meaningful discussions, and develop a deeper relationship with God. The Adults Executive Admin is responsible for providing high-level administrative assistance to the Adults Executive Pastor, allowing them to focus their highest contribution to developing vision, strategy, and organizational leadership.

You are highly organized, a multitasker, calm under pressure and a sounding board as well as support for multiple leaders and departments. You have experience assisting with events, managing budgets, and providing administrative environment.
What you will do…
Executive Administrative Support
- Calendar Management for the Executive Pastor
- Meeting Management
- Schedule rooms and meetings for individual meetings
- Take meeting minutes as distribute when needed
- Arrange for food/beverage as needed
- Oversee and manage yearly ministry calendaring process
- Compile and manage budgeting functions for Adults Ministry Division
- Provide overall support as needed for Executive Pastor
- Printing, copying, filing, and other general office work associated with EA duties
- Order materials and supplies for ministries as requested.
- Assist in event planning, preparation and execution as needed.
- Schedule meetings, events, etc. on internal system as requested and according to approved calendar.
- Communicate all church events, responsibilities, etc. to Adults Ministry Team.
- Printing, copying, filing, and other general office work associated with EA duties
Manage Special Projects and Events
- Provide research for special projects and events and secure resources (e.g., venue, vendors, equipment)
- Send invitations/announcements and manage RSVPs
- Track and communicate progress and assignments through a shared planning platform
- Oversee event set-up, vendors, equipment, and materials to bring project/event to completion
Experiences you have had:
- One-three years of administrative experience preferably in a church larger than 1500 members.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in an area of concentration that has equipped him/her for position.
- Must align with the vision, values, and doctrinal statement of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship.
- Must be a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship who supports the vision and values.

- Team player, working to understand and assist in the vision of the ministry.
