Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant 2Job Description We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This hybrid role requires working 2-3 days onsite in building 6, with a standard Monday through Friday schedule. This is an 18-month contract position with potential for extension. The role requires contributing to calendar support for partner-level managers and handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities + Provide calendar support for partner-level managers + Assist with onboarding new hires + Manage headcount and team support tasks + Coordinate travel and morale budget management + Provide onsite team support and space management + Plan and execute team events + Order and manage equipment + Maintain distribution lists + Perform other administrative tasks as needed Essential Skills + Minimum 2 years of experience with calendaring in Outlook + Minimum 2 years of experience with managing headcount and team support + Familiarity with tools such as Excel and Outlook + High school diploma or equivalent Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with larger technology companies is preferred + Sales or customer service background is beneficial + College degree is nice but not required + Prior experience with our client is strongly preferred Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid environment requiring 2-3 days onsite in building 6, which features a large café. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime upon sponsor approval. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
