Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing tasks and communications.
- Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
