Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch administrative support to our Chief Officer, ensuring their day runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage the Chief Officer's calendar, making appointments and organizing meetings with precision.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Develop, maintain, and organize our company's policies and procedures.
Take detailed meeting minutes and assist in facilitating communication between team members.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Officer and other professional staff.
Maintain office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
At least five years of experience in an administrative support role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Previous experience in healthcare or pre-hospital services is a plus.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
