As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a pivotal role in igniting interest and boosting sales for our in-home design program by driving awareness of our services through in-store marketing activities. By driving qualified leads, building strong relationships, and educating store teams, you’ll help grow our brand presence and achieve outstanding business results. What You’ll Do:
As our Brand Ambassador, you’ll be the face of our in-home design service at retail stores across your territory. Your mission? Drive qualified leads, spark customer interest, educate retail staff and help grow sales for the program. This position will report to the Channel Marketing & Operations Manager however will also interface with Director(s) of Channel Relationships, Director of Marketing and VP of Sales.
Essential Job Functions:
- Generate highly qualified leads for our in-home design consultants and influence sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store associates and managers to achieve outstanding results.
- Train store associates about our products and service offerings and encourage them to become enthusiastic advocates of our program.
- Ensure promotional materials, in-store marketing materials and merchandising displays are fresh, polished, and up to date.
- Collaborate with regional and store management to discuss opportunities for growth.
- Maintain merchandising displays, including but not limited to brochure replenishment, promotion placement, removal of dated materials and/or products and cleanliness.
- Meet with regional and store management to discuss opportunities.
- Be a champion for our program to increase leads and sales.

Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer-focused environment with proven success in driving engagement, such as retail stores, marketing, or sales.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and technology.
