We are seeking a dynamic and competent Construction Project Manager coming from another excavation organization to join our team. This exciting role is a permanent position and will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to lead and manage a range of complex construction projects. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and implementation. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in drainage, water, and sewer-related projects.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is ideal
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience working for excavation contractor
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Proficient in project management software and tools.
5. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
7. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is a plus.
10. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to different project sites as needed.
