Position Overview:
We're seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Global Solutions team, which encompasses the Joist and Invoice Simple brands. As a Partner Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing and executing strategies for integrated multi-channel campaigns aimed at driving full-funnel performance for our portfolio SaaS app companies. Reporting to the Mobile Solutions Marketing Director, you'll focus on partner-based initiatives, coordinating efforts across referrals, affiliates, in-house and external party partnerships, and influencers within the EverPro Mobile Solutions group.
Responsibilities:
Assess and execute growth opportunities for referrals, affiliates, and influencers through marketing- and product-led growth programs.
Brainstorm and execute new marketing and cross-sell opportunities between portfolio companies.
Plan, execute, and report on marketing campaigns to drive leads and revenue for multiple solution organizations simultaneously.
Collaborate with Joist and Invoice Simple teams and vendor agencies to create marketing support materials and drive partner awareness.
Analyze data to determine campaign and marketing spend efficiency, ensuring revenue goals and KPIs are met.
Manage the creation of marketing assets such as website content, email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to senior management.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related discipline.
4-6 years of demand generation or partner program management experience, preferably in SaaS app software or B2B markets.
Track record of accountability for lead generation, marketing and product-led growth, and associated revenue KPIs.
Prior management of partner marketing programs and budgets in a performance-driven environment.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
Ability to thrive in a highly cross-functional environment and adapt to business growth.
Excellent performance analysis, attention to detail, and data storytelling skills.
Proven project management and presentation skills.
Where:
This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with the option for in-office or remote work. Travel may be required to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 USD per year in most US locations. Compensation decisions are based on various factors including scope and responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, skills, and market considerations.
