About the Role
As a CBRE Events Coordinator, you will take an active role in both the coordination and physical setup of small to medium meetings, conferences, and events, while also assisting in larger events.
This position involves hands-on tasks to ensure spaces are ready and meet organizational standards, emphasizing the execution of events rather than pure coordination alone.

+ Conduct regular inspections of event spaces to ensure readiness and troubleshoot any technical or visual issues.
+ Act as the point of contact for smaller meetings and events while supporting the team in larger event setups.
+ Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to coordinate guest services, including transportation, signage, and special needs accommodations.
+ Build a welcoming environment for attendees, event hosts, and vendors on event days, and assist with room reconfiguration and space management for both indoor and outdoor setups.
+ Respond to event activities and assist with gathering supplies, managing equipment needs, and coordinating food & beverage services.
+ Conduct room setup, refresh spaces, and clear away food and service items post-event to maintain clean and functional event environments.
+ Maintain an inventory of event supplies and coordinate the master calendar for meeting and event spaces.
+ Assist with post-event reporting and reconciliation, raising any issues and concerns as appropriate.
What You’ll Need
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Fulfill the physical requirements associated with this role. This includes stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs. Must be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
