Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at building long-lasting client relationships, and has a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to attract a diverse range of clients for events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through both inbound and outbound sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure all client needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Keep up with market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations to identify business opportunities and potential sales leads.
• Leverage event technology and software for seamless event planning and sales management.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for events and guest experiences.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasting updates to management.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in event sales management or a related field.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets with a strong understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding organizational and project management abilities with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with event technology and sales management software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events and guest experiences.
