Schedule: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays

The Daily Job
- Oversee the successful execution of all events includinginbound and outbound sales calls, scheduling, billing, and scheduling team members.
- Daily communication with guests and team members through email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
- Work closely with and assist the CRL as needed in finding creative ways to build relationships with the community and discover new markets for parties and events.
- Assist in sales and community outreach by making cold calls and acquiring marketing booth spaces in local community events.
- Work cohesively with your management team to reach financial and event goals including regular communication to ensure guest satisfaction and exemplary execution of planned events
- Manage, train,and developyour Party Host teamto aid in their individual success and the overall success of the events department.
