Position Summary:
The Events & Marketing Operations Manager collaborates with sales and marketing teams to execute a comprehensive event and digital strategy designed to enhance customer engagement through innovative and meaningful interactions. This role optimizes the sales process by planning and managing events such as tradeshows and sales meetings, nurturing existing customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to engage potential customers. Additionally, this role oversees digital marketing efforts, including social media deployment and multi-platform campaigns. They will manage Resilience’s automated marketing tools and CRM to support inside sales, strengthen brand reputation, boost awareness, and drive lead generation.

Minimum Qualifications:
Proven ability to develop and execute creative strategies that drive customer engagement.
Excellent project and budget management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel as needed to support event execution.
Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and to appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience in CDMO marketing
CRM and marketing automation experience with the latest tools
Experience maintaining web pages, social media and ads
SEO and digital marketing expertise and best practices
Substantial experience in event management and digital marketing with a strong background in marketing operations.
This position may also include the following conditions:
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for tradeshow booth set-up
Requires occasional ground travel, long-distance or air travel as needed – up to 25%

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
