Events / Brand Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of major brand shows/ trade show events.
- Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
- Planning, organizing and carrying out a variety of events as an event manager including trade fairs conferences.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish the budget goals and objectives of events.
- Maintain brand positioning, strategies, product development plans and priorities.
- Manage projects and product approvals across multiple cross functional teams/ brands.
- Collaborate with license partners as well as internal partners, Creative, Product Development and Sales.
Requirements:
- Los Angeles based, in-office M-F, office located 9 miles East of downtown Los Angeles
- Bachelor's degree, marketing preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise managing trade shows, hospitality event management or a similar industry. .
- Branding and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Marketing experience.
- Excellent time management multitasking and organizational skills
- Open to travel to domestic shows.
- Compelling written and verbal communication skills, strong presenter
- Computer proficiency required, MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
