We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events across various industries. As an Events Assistant at SharpContra, you will be an integral part of our event management team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue setup, vendor management, and attendee registration.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient event preparation.
- Maintain event schedules and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Assist with event marketing materials, invitations, and attendee communications.
- Manage event supplies and ensure they are available and ready for use.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing event reports and updating event budgets.
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem-solve and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is a plus.
