We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our team and support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. In this role, you will work closely with the Events Manager to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and attendees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in event planning and logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site setup.
- Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences.
- Maintain event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing event materials and assisting with attendee engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
