Events Assistant - Entry-Level Opening - OED

We are seeking an Event Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with marketing executives and managers, assisting in the brainstorming, development, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies. Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks such as report writing, market research, and data analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain departmental functionality and coordination.
• Assist in organizing, developing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research using customer feedback, polls, and questionnaires.
• Analyze collected data to improve future operations.
• Utilize analytics techniques to collect critical data.
• Create promotional materials and presentations, and deliver them.
• Collaborate with interns, clients, and superiors to achieve mutually agreed-upon objectives.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
